Monarch Facility Services was founded in October 2025 in Houston, TX, but the standard behind it took 15+ years to build.
The Founding Story
Chelsea and Jason spent more than 15 years combined working inside the facility services industry, managing janitorial and facility contracts for other companies. Over and over, they watched the same thing happen: as contracts scaled, quality control was the first thing to get cut. Corners got cut on training, supervision, and accountability, and the client was always the last to find out.
So in October 2025, they built the company they wished existed. Monarch Facility Services was founded on one idea: cleaning and facility support should be run with the same discipline, documentation, and accountability as any other professional service, whether the client is a property manager or a contracting officer.
That's where the name comes from. A monarch reigns with consistency and structure. Where Clean Reigns is a commitment, not a tagline.
