Our Background
Monarch is built on 25+ years of managing janitorial contracts across education, worship, commercial property, and corporate portfolios. We have held operational responsibility for hundreds of janitorial contracts, covering recruiting, training, scheduling, quality control, and client retention at multi-campus institutional scale. That experience now runs Monarch's field operations, staffing model, and quality program.
Alongside it we bring federal business development, capture, and proposal leadership for agency and prime-contractor pursuits; commercial litigation and governance experience covering contract review, compliance, and corporate oversight; and Houston-based ownership that is directly reachable on operational and contractual matters.
That operational background is what shapes how Monarch runs today: documented procedures, direct supervision, and accountability that does not disappear once a contract is signed.
