What We Do
Four core service lines, delivered the same way whether the building is commercial or government.
01 · Commercial Cleaning
Routine and scheduled cleaning for offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use facilities. We build a service plan around your building's traffic, hours, and standards, then hold our crews to it with documented checklists and quality reviews.
02 · Floor Care
From VCT strip-and-wax programs to carpet extraction and spot treatment, our floor care team keeps hard and soft surfaces looking their best on a schedule that fits your facility.
03 · Disinfection & Sanitization
Electrostatic spraying and deep-sanitization protocols for facilities where health and safety cannot be an afterthought: medical-adjacent spaces, schools, high-traffic offices, and government buildings.
04 · Day Porter & On-Site Staffing
For facilities that need continuous presence, we place dedicated on-site staff under direct Monarch supervision: consistent faces your building and tenants come to know and trust.
How It Works
Tell us about your facility. We will schedule a walkthrough to understand scope and traffic.
You get a clear scope of work and pricing, no vague line items.
We assign a dedicated crew and supervisor and set your service schedule.
Regular reviews and direct communication keep standards consistent long-term.
Mobilization & Program Control
Transition risk is what clients and contracting officers worry about most. Here is how Monarch takes over a site.
Days 1-7. Site walkthroughs, scope validation against the SOW, square-footage and workload verification, staffing plan, and consumables baseline.
Days 7-21. Recruiting, background screening, W-2 onboarding, supervisor assignment, and site-specific coverage schedules built to the contract.
Days 14-30. Task and equipment training, safety and chemical handling, plus one full week of paired on-the-job training before independent assignment.
Ongoing. Scheduled inspections, documented corrective-action logs, consumable replenishment, and recurring performance review with the client.
Commercial or government, one message gets you a real proposal, not a runaround.
